How do you spend your spare time? Traveling to see family in Boise and hanging out with my friends!
Fun fact: Ive worked at every Hot Shots location!
What’s your favorite thing about Hot Shots Fam: I love meeting all of my customers and growing with them all throughout the years, as well as meeting some life long friends!

Sierra- On Boarding

•How long have you been with Hot Shots?: “Coming up on 9 years. It was my first job in High School, then I came back after having my boys.”
•Favorite Hot Shot Drink: “Iced Americano with Crème Caramel/Coconut & Cream”
•How do you spend your spare time? “If we aren’t chasing our boys to sports practice/games, we love camping and I love gardening.”
•Fun Fact: “Hot Shot was the door in which God brought me this beautiful family. I met my husband here back in 2008, because his sister was my manager and she set us up on a blind date ”
•What’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Hot Shot Fam: “It’s just that, it is a Family. A big giant family that’s ran by the coolest parents who are passionate and care deeply about their staff, company, and valley They are here to be a change in the world, and it feels amazing to be apart of that.

Jamie- Office Manager

Meet Jamie!
• Hometown: “Born in Spokane, WA but have lived in the Valley the majority of my life.”
• How long have you been with Hot Shots?: “I started working at Hot Shots in 2001 when I was 16, and the only location at the time was the Bryden Hut.
• Favorite Hot Shot Drink: “Iced salted caramel americano with oat milk….or topped with sweet oat milk cold foam & cinnamon sprinkles.”
• How do you spend your spare time? “Love to be in the outdoors with my husband Scott & 12 yr old son Joseph. We love camping & being on the river as much as possible. I always have a good book to take along with me too, major bookworm!”
• Fun Fact: “I was involved with opening Thain in 2005 and Jefferson in 2012, and helped with getting the Cafe open too. I actually managed Bryden, Thain & Jefferson in my career. I also am a registered nurse and just do that as needed in dermatology right now. I have been the office manager for the last 5.5 years & have loved this side of the business too! In the last 21 years, there only has been about a 2 year period that I wasn’t involved with Hot Shots. I definitely am obsessed with good coffee and love Hot Shots. I have loved getting to work so closely again with Emily (we used to work together when I first was hired) & be involved with keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.” (We really couldn’t do it without her)
• What’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Hot Shot Fam: “Rick and Emily are one of our closest friends, and also kind of like second parents to us. They have been around me graduating high school, us getting married, me graduating nursing school, as well as Emily was there when I had Joseph. My favorite thing about being a part of the Hot Shot Fam is that I have never worked for someone who is more caring of their employees and continuously trying to give us the tools to succeed! They are big volunteers of their time and are always giving back to our valley. There aren’t very many employers out their like the Holzer’s. What Hot Shots has is unique and I truly love being a part of it! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING the past 21 years

Hailey: Coaching soccer, CrossFit and riding my horse
Cody: Riding his dirt bike, CrossFit and playing in the snow during the winter

Hailey: has 2 different sizes of thumbs
Cody: He is a world champion jet boat navigator
•What’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Hot Shot Fam: Hailey and Cody: being able to have a positive impact on our team and community

Mya- Thain Manager

How Do You Spend Your Spare Time: Going to concerts, spending time with friends, and playing with my dog, Nash.
Fun Fact: Ive seen over 60 artists in concert, 90% of them being during the summer of 2025.
Fav Thing About Hot Shots: Getting to meet so many new people everyday, whether it be new employees or customers.

Dayton- Cafe Manager

How do you spend your spare time: With friends and family doing anything adventurous.
Fun Fact: Ive been skydiving, and hope to go again
Fav thing about Hot Shots: My Favorite thing about Hot Shots is the people. From all the great people I get to meet on the other side of the counter to the people that I get to work with. We are like family and I love that.
